Office is home-based. The separate, rented shop/storage is centrally located & convenient for crews and suppliers. The area is traversed by section line roads that intersect with other primary arteries & interstate highways. Facilities include indoor and outdoor space for storage of equipment, trucks & trailers. Rent is $600 per month plus half the dumpster charge. In addition, the landowner loads/unloads deliveries & charges a nominal fee of $25 per load for the forklift usage. Total rent/labor charges are generally less than $900 per month.
Typical customers are wireless carriers in the cellular/ PCS business in the Company's home state and surrounding states.
