Description TOM>>>The Company, located in the NE USA, offers drug applications, equipment, formulas, customers and real estate (land, API manufacturing, non-sterile dosage-form manufacturing and sterile injectable manufacturing). The Total Plant Area is 510,915 SF (including external areas and buildings). List of approved for ANDA_TS and AADA_TS is available. At this time there is no generic manufacturer of this product in the US and all technology is included.
The Sterile Injectable Operation(SIO) is a 30,000sf facility on over 8 acres of Industrial land. Currently the market demand far outweighs the supply, as there is currently only one generic competitor existing in the market. The Company calculates, considering that accelerated stability and revalidation are only necessary, that the NSO could be ready for distribution of its existing products within 6-9 months. The SIO has all biostudy and NDA submissions supporting the sterile products, including biowavers granted to the Company. An equipment list is available. The last Annual Report was filed in 1999 and the Company ceased operations in year 2000. The facility was sold to a foreign company who, because of their currency devaluation, were unable to remaining the US market.
The Company is a niche product manufacturing operation and it is the only generic manufacturer of this product in the US.
