Description Rapidly growing auto-marine-atv-aero performance business with patent pending design seeks a manufacturing partner in exchange for ownership share of business, or a cash investor so we can acquire equipment. Our products are in demand, we just need better capabilities to build them faster and round out our product line. Partner must have CNC capacity to mill Aluminum parts to high tolerances. Aluminum welding, sheet metal fabrication and anodizing are a plus. Does not have to be in the automotive business currently. We are growing too fast to rely on non-committed suppliers, so a vested manufacturing partner would be a win for both of us. Ownership share depends upon ability to invest in business through a combination of capital, warehouse space, and manufacturing capacity. Up to 50% ownership is possible. Our LLC is out of Washington State, but production and engineering are in Florida. Partners near the Southeastern US are best. Investment needs are $250k to $500k.
