Description We have a 4 year contract to supply 110 slot machines to a hotel/casino for a 10% gross revenue share. We also own the machines. The machines are already in the D.R. and the casino is scheduled to open in aprox. 40 days. We are selling the revenue share contract plus 110 slot machines.
The group that holds the casino license also purchased licenses to bring
in another 400 +/- machines and we have verbally agreed to supply these
machines to them under the same terms, except the remaining machines would be at 15%, not 10%.
My partner and I are interested in selling our contract, the machines
already there and our relationship with the casino license holders.
We need to liquidate this deal in order to pursue a bigger fish in the UK
and, although we have had a great deal of interest, we need to close
quickly (and no one has been able to offer that option as of yet).
