If you are a skilled orthopedic PT and are tired of making money for your boss then stop reading and call me. I have to exit my 20+ year established practice due to disability. I can no longer treat patients part or full time; my loss is your gain. I will teach you the in's and out's of running a successful private practice so you can learn from my two decades of experience. You will have the most talented Patient Care Coordinator / Office Manager who knows the community and is exceptional at her job.
The office is a 2500 sq/ft building located in beautiful downtown Ripon, a quaint community where family values and community still mean something to the people. You are the only practice in town; no competition. Your referral base is wide; we get patients from doctors within a 150 mile radius. This office should easily support 2 full time PT's. Current patient load is 18-20 per day. PPO's, Private Insurance, Medicare and small Work Comp population. The office is set up with electronic documentation and billing. Billing is outsourced at 4% of total collected.
This practice went thru a large remodel and invested in staff training which explains the reduced cash flow; don't let the numbers scare you away. This is a diamond of a place just waiting for a strong, highly skilled PT that really cares about the community they treat. My office was the first to launch a Baseline Testing & Concussion Management Program in the Central Valley.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to continue working with esteemed researchers and PhD's from Pacific University. Staci Stevens, Exercise Physiologist and her team along with Christopher Schnell, PhD and other professors from the university perform testing in my office unlike any other place in the world for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. The Steven's Protocol was published in PT Journal Nov 2013 and will serve as a launching pad for propriety services within the clinic.
