Smithsonian Institution offered tax credit upfront of CDK Music. I do not need it. Someone does. I'm looking for a bank, construction company, real estate company or other business which would buy from me CDK for cash and 'donate' it to Smithsonian Institution or other non-profit organization (Sacher or Van Cliburn Foundation for example) upfront of larger amount in tax credit. The difference is the margin. Tax credits are currently sold for 90% of the price.
