Typical products include sophisticated machine tool enclosures; electrical and electronic control panels, enclosures and chassis; conveyor sections; aircraft, architectural and graphics lighting system housings, stainless steel marine fabrications; OEM and specialty automotive components; parking system components; heat exchangers; medical support equipment and short run stampings. To maintain surface finish during forming, all materials can be covered with protective plastic sheet on one or both sides. They employ Computer Aided Manufacturing for both tooling and production. 3D modeling is performed using Solidworks and SMP/IS. Direct import from Pro/Engineer (*.PRT*), and also the more common formats, IGS and DXF. These options are available to save customer detail drawing time and to streamline design and manufacture of products. There in-house ISDN network allows process control tracking and high speed data transfer between office and the shop floor. We utilize Epicops Vista program for Entire Resource Planning (ERP).
