Description My company (VA Class A unlimited licensed Construction Company / Builder / Contractor) is owned by my brother and myself but due to my brother's past health we have placed the company dormant - currently not actively doing business but we are established in the state of Virginia as an entity.
Experienced in Residential, Commercial and Industrial construction; we are seeking to revitalize our company with plans to take it national in a 5 to 10 year time frame, and then sell the business (exit strategy).
I am seeking an Investor, investor/investment group for a 3-5 year equity investment who is interested in/who is seeking to make a good ROI through us performing construction work, construction consulting and/or construction management in the State of Virginia.
Currently residing in the Richmond area (Central-Virginia), however, has knowledge of work that can be accomplished through-out the State (i.e. Norfolk, Hampton-Newport News, Williamsburg, Northern VA, Fredericksburg, Harrisonburg, Roanoke and all points between) as a life-long resident. Virginia, especially Central Virginia is a growing economy with Federal and Military projects equaling a main-stay of projects along with private projects in support of the Federal and Military sector.
Separately, or a part of our business arrangement; I am currently marketing a single-family building lot (retail value at/around $26,000) where I am seeking an Investor to build a 2,200 +/- SF spec home at a cost of around $145,000. Advertising sale price will be $199,900, believing the sold price to be around $195,000. I am willing to share the profit in a 65/35 split, with our company receiving 35% of the profit.
