Located in a High Traffic Shopping Mall on The Food Court. In opperation for approximately 3 years. Daily sales range from $500 to $2000 per day. A typical day's sales are around $575 Weekend sales typically range between $800 and $1200 per day. We sell Mexican and American Meals. We also sell a variety of Carnival Foods such as: Funnel Cakes, Fried Ice Cream, Shave Ice and Cotton Candy. Drinks offered include: Coke Products, Pepsi Products, Fresh Brewed Iced Tea, Cappuccino, Coffee, Hot Chocolate, Energy Drinks, Slushies, and Bubble Tea (frozen or over ice). Many of the recipies we use are our own personal creation. We have a Loyal following because of the amazing flavor of our food. We also offer a rewards card program that generates additional sales. We have learned from our experiences and we can pass along that knowledge to you if you are interested in our concept. Our White Queso is the Best in the Business and our own personal recipe. We will train you to run your new business. It is a simple operation with profitable results. It is also rewarding in other ways as well. Our Loyal customer base is very friendly and helpful when it come to spreading the word (free advertising). Our customer base grows on a daily basis. We have almost doubled our sales annually. There is no end to the potential for this business. We enjoy our restaurant tremendously. I personally regret offering it for sale, but its time for a much earned vacation.
