Description This company continues to grow each year because of the great reputation they have for doing what they say they will. They receive a list of all building permits that gives them the name of the GC & they call the GC to offer the toilets. This is the ONLY way they actually sell their service. The rest of the sales is from referrals. The only advertising they do is Yellow pages & have never done any marketing . They have 400 portable toilets and service them twice a week. The 2004 proforma is based on the first half they expect at least as much in the last half. Seller said they have a rush in the spring and a rush in the fall. If the new owner doesn't want to work from home they will need to lease a yard to park the 3 trucks and store around 20 toilets. This will reduce the yearly income by around $7,200.
