i opened this Chinese (fast food) food court outlet in Oct1,04 at the only inclosed large mall in town. There're 7 outlets at the food court, including New York Fries, KFC, Edo Japan, A&W, Subway, Orange Frosty and my store. Very low competition.
The sales in 2004 was $432,000, $351,000 in 2005 and 602,000 in 2006.
It's easy to operate. It's low cost. It needs only 2 people working in the kitchen and 2 people working at front counter. It's perfect to be run by a family. The mall and my store are open 7 days a week, from 9:30 to 6:00, except for Thursday and Friday(from 9:30 to 9:00 on these 2 days). You work regular office hours but you own your business instead of working for your boss.
The population in my town is 80,000. My town, Prince George is in the economy-booming province of British Columbia in Canada. Contact for more information on this Chinese Food Court Outlet for sale.
