RESTAURANT SERVICES AND LEASE FOR THE NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB The Village of North Palm Beach, is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from reliable and qualified companies to lease restaurant space and provide food and beverage concession services to the North Palm Beach Country Club. The Country Club restaurant facility is comprised of 9,684 total square feet with seating for 268 patrons and overlooks the award-winning 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. Also on property is the newly renovated tennis center with 10 Har-Tru lighted clay courts and pro shop, an Olympic-size swimming pool with 10 meter tower and tot pool area. All club amenities are open to the public! The Village will be receiving sealed proposals at the Village Manager's Office, North Palm Beach Village Hall, 501 U.S. Highway One, North Palm Beach, FL 33408 until 3:00 PM, EST, Wednesday, January 20, 2010 at which time they will be opened and read aloud in the Village Conference Room. Proposals received after this date and time will be returned unopened.
