We have 2 websites with a strong online presence offering many types of commercial and residential cleaning services. We also sell a wide variety of products through a series of online stores that come with the sale of this business. This has NOT been figured into the revenues.
Sales reps, telemarketers, night supervisors and cleaners handle all of the day-to-day operations and the development of new business. This leaves the owner free to work on the larger accounts and manage the back end of the business. Currently the base accounts of the business are bringing in $260K a year, this number is growing every month and annual projections have the business for sale doing over $300K by the end of Dec 2010. Additional revenue is brought in each month through one time cleans, carpet cleaning, stripping and waxing, tile cleaning, carpet repairs and installations, dryer vent cleanings and many other sources. Like most business owners I pull my personal expenses out of the business, with this taken out we maintain a healthy profit of 40% that is easily verified.
