Clients are primarily acquired via referral, however, some formal referral arrangements, online advertising and vendor referrals also result in new revenue drivers. $599,000 is all cash purchase price, however, Seller would entertain partial cash infusion with minimum base salary and the balance paid out as equity in a larger firm on a case by case basis. Any non-cash deal structure would be subject to due diligence by the Seller and his advisers as well.
