Oakiwear, Inc outdoor apparel items for children are manufactured overseas, and imported to Washington State, (Vancouver) where our distribution warehouse is located. Current items include high-end rain gear (jackets, rain suits, rain boots, hats) as well as fishing waders, gloves, snowsuits, fishing nets, vests, fleece jackets, etc.) As strong advocates for getting children outdoors, we sponsor and sell to many outdoor oriented school (such as CedarSong in Seattle, one of the largest such schools in the country) as well as online retail (making up 70% if sales) and wholesale to independent retailers. Started in 2007, as Outdoor Adventure Kid, LLC, Oakiwear incorporated (C-Corp) in July of 2013. Sales increases have ranged from 70%-99% growth each year. 2013 increased from $199,000 to $394,000.
