Footwear factory is located in area of priority development in Ukraine. Territorial the factory is parted on two independent integral property complexes with separate communications. A production of working and special shoe is presently carried out on facilities of the first complex. The second complex includes new production corps and set equipment for production of model shoes. The total ground area of this complex - 3.04 hectares. Total area of the buildings and constructions - 11 867 sq. m.
