Description We are exploring the possibility of selling one of our web site businesses. A brief description of the site and its business model follows:

Daily Uniques: 1,200.

We bundle our screensavers with 3rd party products. These partners pay us for each install. In addition to revenue via installs directly off of our site, we receive revenue for our products that are downloaded off of other sites, such as Download.com. We have also recently added videos to our site. Unlike the screensavers, the videos do not belong to us, but are part of our affiliate partnership with ZangoCash. They compensate us for each new user we provide them. We also have an alternate revenue model built that we have used in the past, but is not currently in place. However, it can be easily restored within 15 minutes. With it, instead of being able to directly download the screensavers off of our site, you must register and agree to our Privacy Policy. A screensaver download link is then sent to the email provided during registration. This ensures that users provide valid email addresses. The information provided during registration is saved in a database that can be used for future promotional offers. This model also allows for a revenue stream by incorporating Focalex's TYP (Thank You Pages) program. An example of this model can be provided upon request. We generate 20,000 to 40,000 downloads per month. That is for the screensavers. We receive an additional 1,500 ''unique'' video installs per month and approximately 15,000 video ''plays'' per month. This business requires very little time and effort to maintain. I will personally provide the new owner with a minimum of 3 months of free support and training.
