These two applications allow users to create their own unique, royalty free sound effects for use in audio tracks, videos, ringtones and other multimedia applications are limited only to the user's imagination. These software applications are unique in the marketplace. Under a licensing agreement with an OEM, over a million copies were integrated into the extremely popular Pinnacle Studio video-editing suite from 2005-2014 as a plugin branded Pinnacle Ultimate. Seller and the original Company the software was licensed to have split ways as of this year.
