Description Very Unique Private Law School for sale has consistent performance and huge potential for growth! This vocational school was founded in 1995 to provide quality legal education that is grounded in practical application. Students and employers alike endorse the approach and usefulness of the curriculum. This school is one of the few places in California where a student can go from Paralegal to Legal Assistant, to an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies, to Bachelor of Science Degree in Law, and finally to Attorney at Law in a single institution. Once they have the paralegal status they can earn a living while attending the rest of the classes that are offered. Most students pay their own way. In addition the school's owner also offers Seminars on such subjects as bankruptcy law and other topics year round, the use of which is included in the sale. The Company has placed 85% of the students that have graduated from the college. The college has BPPVE approval and is registered with the California Bar Association. It does not have national or regional accreditation although an enterprising new owner could pursue that. The transaction includes approximately $300,000 in unearned tuition (a form of Accounts Receivable that the students owe and they pay as they receive the education).
