My set-up fee begins at $20,000 for a small 30 seat place and goes up depending on what you want inside. I have my own carpenters, plumbers, etc., and many connections in the industry. When it is done all you'll have to do is run it and keep up your paperwork. I only do one at a time, plus run one of these for my day-to-day income, email or call and I can let you know my current timetable.
