We have a 2500 sq foot facility under a 3 year lease and only pay 700.00 monthly for this prime real estate property. The company increases its customer base by 20% monthly and has done so since August and seems to be getting better daily. I value the company at 800,000.00 due to the growth factor, accounts receivable and marketing plan. I have 44,312.00 in existing business debt and current on payments. I also have 31,965.25 in other debts. The company owns a website, app, 9 computers, 9 office desks about 10,000.00 in tools. This is a service industry. We also house litigation contracts with a few law firms to handle all contracting cases won. I am seeking a 250,000.00 investment with a payback of 7000.00 monthly for 72 months. During the 72 months you will own the company as equity to guarantee pay back. After the 72 month payback has been completed you will hold 10% equity for life. Upon investment I will pay off all existing debt and run the business as I do today. We will hold the account together and you will pull your 7000.00 monthly paycheck monthly. Once we clear your 7000.00 monthly profit we will split the rest of the profits 50/50 right down the middle. I will consult with you for any purchases and we will both make a lot of money.
