A national delivery contractor is growing and needs a real self-starter to arrive at new locations and be able to work jobs, deliver and/or transporting in a Non-CDL truck to various locations (Commercial CDL experience a plus but not required). Upon arrival and initial handling of the job, you will place employment ads and interview, screen, hire and train the employee for the job and have an acceptable back up employee to assist in the job.
You may have to stay on assignment for several months until the next contract is awarded, and then have the new employee begin as you move to the next location. You will most likely move frequently depending on new contracts etc. The corporate goal is ten to fifteen new contracts in 2012.
You must be very flexible, mobile and completely geographically flexible within the continental US. Many contracts are in small towns with small populations and quiet areas.
