Our company is a 10 year old healthcare cost containment firm specializing in hospital bill confirmations and audits performed on behalf of healthcare payers (insurance companies and employers). We have developed a unique software system that makes our work both highly effective and efficient. Within our industry, we have the reputation as the most clinically astute in our space. Further, we lead the industry in the deployment of PPO disintermediation services that will be the standard over the next 5-10 years. Our Reference Based Reimbursement (RBR) program will cut an employers group healthcare expense by 25% or more by more effectively purchasing provider services. When an employer has the majority of its employees in a small geographic area, we often couple a narrow networking strategy on their behalf. Over half of our inquiries today are for RBR and or narrow networking services. With very little investment in sales and marketing to date, we have signed contractual relationships with over 50 major claims payers. In addition, we have several strategic alliances in place that provide for long term sales growth opportunities. Our company has been angel funded to date and we now seek VC funding or a strategic acquisition to help us progress to the next level. We are currently profitable with a net margin over 30% and our goal is to significantly expand our sales and marketing effort through a variety of distribution opportunities.
