Description Bakery for sale for $39.500 Located in San Bernardino Mountains just two hours from Los Angeles, three hours from San Diego and three and one half hours from Las Vegas. Live in a four season community in Southern California where the air is clean and the schools are rated number one.
This bakery is over 30 years old but was left vacant for over a year. We bought the bakery in July, opened it in November but now because of health reasons we must sell it. It is located in a mountain community and is the only bakery for over fifty miles. Population is 20,000 and grows to 60,000 with tourists on holidays and in the spring and summer months.
Living quarters are available in a home located behind the bakery (not included in sale of bakery). Walk twelve feet to work. Customers include some retail accounts, locals, part time locals and tourists. The bakery is located on the major highway leading into the community.
Rent on the 1,500 square foot building is $1,950 per month. Owner of the building uses part of the bakery one day a week and pays $200 a month making your net rent $1,750.00 per month. We have two major accounts that do a total of about $2,000 a month during the off season and will easily double that during the spring and summer months.
