Training Seller will provide training for 12 weeks.
Description Become a Managing Director for one or more existing franchised Carlls Jr. restaurants in San Fernando Valley & San Gabriel Valley of Los Angeles County. You will be in charge of the restaurant and will have full responsibility for storees profitability. You will get a fixed salary plus 50/50 split on storees profit after management fees. This is a great stepping stone opportunity to gain respected Franchise Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience. No prior restaurant experience is required, but will most likely require a longer training period. Retail Food Service Operation experience is a strong plus. With many years of experience as a Managing Director with P&L responsibility, you will meet the experience requirement to purchase units from most Top Notch Franchise QSR brands in existence. This opportunity requires a minimum of 90 days training prior to acceptance into the Managing Director Program. Once training is completed, a $5,000 refundable deposit is required. No benefits offered. Base Salary of $30,000 plus bonuses based on 50/50 profit sharing after baseline management/administrative fee. Final terms to be determined by franchisee.
