Description The business is built on the premise that attorneys who work for the court, as well as judges, are the best qualified to teach litigators how to be better litigators. Traditional panels feature practitioners from major law firms who, although experienced, do not always provide current hands-on and how-to knowledge. The majority of our programs, however, are taught by career court attorneys and are geared towards teaching lawyers what to expect at court, what is required of them to be successful litigators (procedurally and technically), the do's and don'ts of litigation from the court's perspective and all the other aspects of courtroom litigation they need to know but that they never learned in law school or in practice. We have a small percentage of programs that are not litigation oriented. We do have plans to do more in that area.
