Description This is a self service car wash / repair shop currently owned by my brother and myself. We recently (2004) acquired this business and as timing would have it, are now presented with another opportunity that interests us which requires the sale of this business. This business is located on a great corner lot on busy Main Street in Carbondale, PA. It is a 2 bay self service car wash and a one bay repair shop, utility room that houses the car wash equipment, and a small office with a restroom. Sale includes two public vacuum cleaners, bill changer, 4 vending machines, reverse osmosis spot free rinse system, building, land, etc. The building is in very good condition, many new upgrades, new steel roof November 2004, recently blacktopped the entire lot, etc. We also have a current EPA certification of the property which deems the ground to be clean. The business sale includes everything except my personal tools.
