Description Do you wish to invest ethically and in an environmentally sustainable business?
My client is the largest Forestry management company in Thailand and we are now seeking institutional investors along with large scale private investors who wish to reduce their Carbon footprint and buy sustainable tracts of Agar Wood plantations.
Minimum investment will be in the US$10 million dollar range and will consist of buying 130 acres of mature Agar trees which will be bought back at a guaranteed higher price in 2 years. This investment opportunity can be rolled over at that stage or started again.
Example: US$10 million dollars will buy 55,000 mature Agar trees. 2 years from investment those trees will be harvested and bought back at a guaranteed return of 21% or US$12.1 million dollars giving the investor a net gain of US$2.1 million dollars.
The harvested Agar wood is pulped to produce Agar oil, one of the most expensive ingredients in the perfume industry. 55,000 trees should yield 5,000 litres of distilled Agar oil which will wholesale at approx US$10,000 dollars per litre. After costs we are prepared to offer the investor(s) 5% of the net oil revenue generated from their trees as well as the guaranteed ROI on wood sales.
