Major agriculture program that I had planned to build here in the USA. It included an environmentally friendly farm complete with livestock, organic gardens and crops, workshops, internships, onsite market, organic goat dairy, greenhouses, community gardens, nature trails, classes, agriculture museum, cultural programs, memberships, tourism ...just anything you could think of I included in this huge, international program. I have decided to sell all development and resale rights to groups, organizations or government entities which might want to build in their country or others. I will also work with the buyers in consultant capacity to assist in building this from the ground up, as well as help develop educational programs. I will also take the plans and redesign where needed to fit country and culture (change buildings, livestock, etc.) where one program is being built.
I am selling the worldwide rights to the farm program, as well as the Poultry Project Program Plans that I am working on , the Homestead Traders website, as well as the Homestead Traders name. The name is well established on the trade boards for information on agriculture, rare breeds, markets, etc. You may resell the program as many times as you like or develop as many times you like. If an immediate purchase is possible, I will be willing to offer all as a single package, along with the northern property (Upstate New York) for the Poultry Project test farm, which includes large house, barn, chicken house (small) and 19 acres of wooded land. (NY Property would be available for buyer to take over about fall 2005.)
Buyer can do multiple development programs and/or resell this project as much as he would like to get the most from his investment and could be franchised.
