Description Established some twenty-five years ago, this ''father and son'', multi-faceted organization operates from an eight acre complex at a busy state route intersection and another two acre facility two miles away.
The first facet of the organization is the sales and leasing of new or previously owned semi-tank trailers and tractors. In business for fourteen years, this facet of the business has become one of the top merchandisers of over-the-road equipment in the country. The Company maintains a substantial inventory on a portion of the eight acres and at several off-site locations; however, should the appropriate aluminum or stainless steel semi-tank trailer not be in stock, a search is conducted in order to meet or exceed the clients' requirements.
Secondly, as a repair facility, the Company primarily focuses on the sandblasting, painting, fabricating, and welding of semi-tank trailers. Whether the customers' needs are as simple as a fresh coat of paint or as complex as remedying a problem through fabrication and mig, tig, or stick welding, the employees are able to view a given situation and provide the best solution.
The third business, originated in 1987 under the protective wing of the parent company, is geared to the manufacturing, marketing, distribution, and servicing of a patented grinding and buffing system, its accessory wheels, and compounds. This patented product is currently utilized in the continental United States by the semi-tank trailer industry, tank wash industry, cryogenic industry and several international airlines. This facet of the business is operated from a separate location in a 1,800 sq/ft building on two acres just two miles from the main operating facility.
Finally, the Owner is responsible for creating and devising a system of application for spray-in liners in dump trailers and is currently in the process of qualifying distributors and installers across the country in conjunction with the manufacturer of the product.
