Description Original owners have had this for in excess of 20 years and we are seeking expressions of interest from parties looking for a ''boutique operation'' such as this. No prior industry experience is necessary. The factory (processing) operation has approximately 50 loyal and dedicated staff and is fully managed. All produce is purchased for processing in line with preorders received from customers. Thus no need to carry stock as such. All products are exported. All shipping is handled from the factory.
The business has a positive cash flow in as far as often payment from customers for orders are received prior to payment being made to suppliers (on normal trading terms). For the 2007 calendar year the business made in excess of $1.5 million (even with the adverse exchange rates). For the current calendar year the business has already reached $1.5 Million profit with a few months still to go although the busy season is now over. The factory operates on one shift five (5) days per week. Sales exceed $10 Million per annum. The owner visits the factory every 2 months and occasionally (every 2 years +) visits customers as a PR exercise.
