Description Big4Guru.com is an information product website targeted towards college students and new graduates. The site is established to promote the company's information products and is completely automated in terms of order processing, distribution and payment collection.
Created in 2008, the response to the site has been phenomenal. I started this as more of a hobby and do not have the required funds to promote at an adequate level. This would be a cash cow in the right hands.
The conversion rate of the site is around 3% with the average conversion equaling $8.25 (i.e. for every 100 visitors the site generates $29.97). Buyer can maximize profit exponentially if funds are allocated to marketing (i.e. Monster.com and careerbuilder.com distribution lists). These lists have upwards of 100,000 names but I do not currently have the means for the up-front costs, even though the payload would be exponentially worth it.
My target price is $265k, which is calculated using a discount cash flow method prepared by a NY CPA, with the following assumptions. A detailed analysis is available upon request. I'm willing to work down from this figure due to the limited historical data, however.
