Description Company manufactures a line of utility carts that are useful for a variety of purposes, from household to professional uses. Seller offers that everyone should have one of his smaller portable carts in the trunk of their car for moving large purchases (plants, outdoor barbeques, etc.) from store to home. In the past, company concentrated on consumer market, selling to US and foreign customers. Recently they have developed a number of products for the recreation and professional markets. A recreation cart useful for carrying coolers and beach gear and a cart for RV type uses has been developed. Professional carts useful for moving and using computer equipment and for technicians (air conditioning, electricians, plumbers, etc) have also been developed. These products are in full production, but have not been aggressively marketed. Production staff and equipment is not operating at full capacity and can handle increased sales with no capital outlays and little increase of production costs. Production equipment is fully automated and procedures are in-place to efficiently produce products.
As production is not an issue in operating the company, manufacturing experience is not mandatory. Seller will train new operator on manufacturing processes.
