Senoritas Specialty Foods started in the summer of 1989. Its first market was at Farmer's Market in Bozeman. To this day we are still doing Farmer's market and are advocates of locally grown, made, and produced products. We use locally produced veggies and organic whenever possible. We were premiering fresh products in the local grocery stores after the initial showing at farmers market and the business grew from two products to approximately 30.
We have been Distributing to natural food stores in Missoula, Helena, Livingston and Big Sky, for about 15 years. We were accepted into the Costcos in Montana (4 Locations), and produced for them three products for three years. A business decision was made in 2000 to stop doing business with Costco and open a specialty deli in downtown Bozeman.
