This is a great opportunity for a business person that would like to own a business, and operate it in a ''absentee owner'' type of position. We have hired a full-time Manager/Head Trainer, who runs the day-to-day operations (studio management, sales, client management, and training). We are in the process of hiring 1-2 more part-time personal trainers to allow the Manager to concentrate on business growth and sales. The owner currently spends ~5-10 hours per week running the business, which includes financial management, marketing strategy, reviewing/approving all marketing and working on overall strategy.
