Description The project before you is the Mina Pedaso Pequeno project consisting of 12 concessions, which are located in the tax-free zone of Sonora's Golden Triangle'' covering approximately 7,500 hectares or 18,532.90 acres, have become our primary focus. Initially, we initially conducted tests on the prospective placer and hard rock areas and to determine the viability of continuously mining the placer deposits. The successful results obtained from this project brought us to the conclusion to move forward and begin mining operations in those areas.
More work need to be completed by the geogist. Northern Sonora district of Mexico has had a spectacular history of production using very primitive methods dating back 400 years having produced 10 million ounces of gold primarily from desert placer deposits, but also from high grade hard rock lode deposits. Although gold has been mined in the Golden Triangle for centuries, most of the work has been by hand, labor intensive methods. Preliminary testing investigations have shown that much of the Placer gold has not been mined by the local ''Gambusino's'' (prospectors) with their hand methods such as dry shaker
