You can launch this paper in ANY city. People, US, In Touch, Star, The Enquirer, Entertainment Weekly, Look, Vanity Fair, and two dozen others (like Glamour) that aren't really about celebrities but have celebrities on the cover often. There is no shortage of celebrity magazines, we're a celebrity obsessed nation. Combined, these celeb focused papers exceed 22 million readers. How many free celebrity papers are there? There must be a few, but that none really comes to mind shows how few there must be. We're going to launch a few and fill that void city by city rather than nationally all at once like a magazine. Found where other free papers are found there shouldn't be a lot of arm twisting to get people to pick it up. We're going to run 4 ourselves and let others own an edition in their city which allows us to cover a lot of ground without going to the expense. You don't need publishing experience. We supply the content for free. The features, pics, articles are going to be same in each city we launch in. We format the paper and send it to a printer near you. All you have to do is find your own advertising, pick the papers up from the printer, and distribute them to the locations you've found. You pay printer but advertising revenue should cover that. That's it. If you want to personalize your paper with your own column, that's fine. It would be a full color tabloid sized paper on newsprint that would come out monthly starting March 2015. Through advertising revenue you should net a bit over $100K annually. The licensing fee is a one-time fee. The content and formatting is free. How we do generate money from your paper is that we'll place our own national ads on 3 of your 84 pages. You control local advertising and we control national. If your paper is failing you can sell it back to us for the original $25,000. It's cheaper for us to buy it back from you than it would be to take a hit on our national advertising. Nothing to lose
