This is transmedia; it encompasses print, online, digital, television, cable, and radio. We're an existing small digital/print publisher looking to launch a global food & beverage brand this January. We're looking for a partner to co-create with us a NEW startup company that would be a global brand called SIZZL'D. It begins as a group of free newspapers across the U.S. this Winter. Using that base audience we then expand to the internet with an onslaught of social media and several web shows. We repurpose the web shows and podcasts into syndicated tv/cable shows and radio programming. When we've reached a combined audience of over 20 million people we then start using the data from those consumers to create our own food/beverage products (sauces, snacks, beverages, cookware, foods, etc.) and sell directly to them before we expand to the general consumers outside of our production range. As our name/brand gains traction we then license it for overseas use. Seeking $150 to $360K for up to 45% ownership of the new company we form. Something else to keep in mind, this is a media company first and as such we can promote your other companies and investments which helps your bottom line. We can create whatever we want...as an example, later we could launch free sports papers and use the data from those readers to create sports related products to sell them...we can create publications specifically to promote your other interests. What we're doing is very simple, and though nothing is ever foolproof, it is relatively low risk. Simply, we're producing free media to attract a large consumer base who we can later sell consumer products to whenever we want based on their reading and viewing habits. Our first year profits are generated from the advertising associated with the print, online, and tv productions. Year 2 and going forward includes retail sales.
