You the investor purchases a Commercial storm shelter and we have companies contacting us to lease a shelter or shelters. The shelters are priced according to size.
Your shelter is allocated to the rental pool and Shelter Rentals, Inc. matches your shelter to a renter, and manages the shelter for you. The Investor/Renter division, Shelter Rentals, Inc. does all the rest. The process is very hands off for the investor with a 20% return rate after the management services and fees.
