Description This Company was established in 1989 and current owner took ownership in 1992. This business primarily is a Civil Engineering and Land Surveying firm with 2/3 of our income in this category. Our clients range from private developers to local municipalities. Our Land Surveying capabilities include land development and topographic and boundary surveys in accordance with ALTA/ACSM requirements. Our field work is accomplished with GPS and a Robotic Total Station. Our Civil Engineering capabilities include land development, drainage studies, site planning, municipal water and wastewater and industrial structural services in Southern Illinois. Our clients include Continental Tire in Mt. Vernon, Maytag Corporation in Herrin and Nascote in Nashville. Our Architecture department was an addition to our firm approximately 5 year ago.
