Our Hotel hosts Free public Internet access to all guests and laundry machines on site. We also have a large outdoor pool to attract families so that not only parents can have fun but so can children of all ages. We have pet accepted rooms to accommodate those who are traveling with pets. We have ample parking for truckers who need a place to stay and for people bring boats down for some ocean fun. The Building was newly repainted and renovated sometime in the past 4 years and has kept up with all Days Inn requirements. The Business itself has produced much fruitful income and will keep going till hotels are not needed, which is never.
The current asking price including inventories and my assistance is $2,700,000 which is what we basically originally paid for the place, because we feel it has given us enough that we can let it and go and feel good that we sold it for the original price.
