Description Established in 1995, this CPAP provider (one of the largest privately held companies of its type in the country) works closely with sleep labs and physician groups to serve patients with sleep disordered breathing. Sleep disorders have been linked to hypertension, stroke, coronary artery disease, myocardial infarction, pulmonary hypertension and congestive heart failure. Studies have also shown that people with diabetes also had a high occurance of sleep disorderd breathing. It is important to note that diabetes is one of the fastest growing diseases in the country. Sleep disorders effects over 40 million people and most are undiagnosed. Headquartered in the Midwest, with satellite offices in four states, this hub and spoke business model is extremely scalable, but also easy to integrate for a strategic buyer. 2005 audited gross revenues were $5 million with recast EBITDA $1.5 million. 2006 projected revenues $6.5 million with recast EBITDA of $1.8MM.
This is a great company so I need to make sure I am working with buyers who have the capacity to close on a transaction of this size. Prior to my sending a NDA, I need evidence from a third party that you have the ability to fund/close on a $6M + deal as no seller financing is available. I hope you appreciate this necessity.
