Description All d‚cor and furnishing were undertaken by Brian and Mari, from outset they strived for a "5 Star" grading from the Grading Council of S.A. and with their guidance, was achieved on first assessment in September 2004 and has been achieved on an annual basis ever since, the most recent being Nov 2011. We also hold A A Quality Assured "Superior" assessment grading.
The guest house and furnishings are in pristine condition; have to be for grading purposes. Ground floor - all open plan comprising kitchen, dining room, reception, bar and 2 lounges leading out to front veranda with views over the golf course, also office/private lounge, bathroom and main bedroom. Upstairs - 7 guest rooms all on suite, all rooms have black and yellow wood furnishings, TV's, DVD.s, DSTV, Air Cons, overhead fans, bar fridges, balconies etc. Wi -fi throughout the lodge (Iburst), which guests enjoy free of charge.
Situated in close proximity; (5 minutes) to Woodlands and Parkview Shopping Malls and Pretoria East Hospital.
Reason for want to sell is that Mari and I wish to retire and relocate to Knysna even though we enjoy a wonderful and profitable life at Woodhill.
