DESCRIPTION: Award winning meat processing plant and small grocery store located in Bauang, La Union. The facility is situated on an approximate 800 square meter property with an upper floor 3 bedroom apartment, commercial kitchen area, bakery room area, retail grocery store, and various walk in cold storage and chillers. Basic butchery and other rooms (5 each). The processing plant includes a boning room and packaging room renovated to International Standards in 2002. Our plant was awarded Best ''AA'' Processing Plant in Region 1 for 2002, 3, 4, and finished 4th place, National Category A, ''AA'' Processing Plants in all of the Philippines 2003 and 2nd place in 2004.
PRODUCTS: Fabricate beef, pork, chicken, and lamb cuts from carcasses. Process various types of small goods that include smoked bacon, ham, sausages, roast beef and pork, luncheon meats, hot dogs, ground beef-pork, oven ready meats, and meat pies.
MARKETS: We have products for retail and institutional markets which include our coop and dealer programs. Our current marketing areas are Baguio, La Union, Pangasinan, Angeles City, and Olongapo/Subic area. We would like also to offer our meat processing services to manufacture items for the Private Label markets or contract manufacturing/processing for major accounts in Luzon.
LONG TERM GOAL: Establish a larger ''AAA'' processing plant in central Luzon to support Metro Manila and other Luzon markets and eventually process small goods for the export markets.
