Company provides check verification, recovery and guarantee services - primarily to retail establishments (RE). These services help to prevent and/or limit losses from accepting checks. Company owns (3) franchise territories: Cleveland, Akron and Detroit. Company pays franchisor 5.5% of all fees charged to RE and related service charges collected from check writers (CW) for returned checks. Cleveland & Akron agreements expire in 1/06 and Detroit expires in 7/06. If agreements are not renewed, cash flow would permanently increase $60-75k per year.
