Description We are working with two independent P&C agencies in the Dallas, TX area. Both agencies are smaller (less than $100K in annual commissions) but might be able to be combined into one. Asking prices with both sellers are in-line with industry norms.
Key items that the sellers are interested in buyers include: 1.) have cash on-hand or be pre-approved with a lender to close the transaction, 2.) be a licensed P&C agent in TX, 3.) be located or willing to relocate to the Dallas, TX area.
Ron Christopher Co., Inc. is a third-party M&A firm that works with independent P&C insurance agencies. Our fees are paid by the buyer and are contingency-based (nothing due up-front). We politely decline from working with business brokers and would ask that only serious inquiries be submitted based on the details above. A non-disclosure agreement and commission agreement is required before agency-specific details are released (i.e. exact location, agency name, carriers etc.)
