Description This indoor playground for sale is like no other! All of the play structures were custom-designed for creative play for children of all ages. This is a real playground, just like the outdoor parks only clean, safe, and climate-controlled for year-round comfort. No machines, no tubes, no inflatables - just good exercise and lots of imaginative fun! There are two play areas, one exclusively for children six and under and the other for children over five. Each is 7,000 sf. Toddler/preschool activities include a huge train play structure with a ball pit, play kitchen, tunnels, ramps and slides; a full swingset; a large sandbox and lots more. The school-age activities include a unique obstacle course consisting of cargo nets, tire climbers, rings, bridges etc.; swings; a climbing wall; a huge foam pit; and more. The playground was originally built in 1993 and was relocated in 2005 to a charming brick mill building with lots of private parking on a very busy street. The space was completely rehabbed for this use, taking into account safety, functionality and esthetics. We installed all new plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems. All brick surfaces were sandblasted, ceilings were painted, foam mat flooring and plastic windows were installed. All of the play equipment for the toddlers and preschoolers was completely renovated at that time. In 2007 we doubled the playground to 18,000 square feet and added equipment for school-age kids. In addition to the play areas we have five party rooms that keep the place hopping on weekends and a concession stand! This is a very well-established business that has shown significant growth every year since relocating. There are over 6 years left on the lease. Located in a densely-populated area in Massachusetts, we draw from a huge area people travel 30 miles or more to play. In 2007 over 8,500 families visited with over 20,000 kids and we hosted over 400 parties.
