Description I am looking to sell my high tech computer company. We resell end-of-life product to the government, gov't contractors, corporations, resellers, and end users. Our product is used in Industrial, Military, Simulation, Medical, and Telco applications. We did about $ 700K in 2006, $ 1.2M in 2007, $ 800K in 2008, and have booked $100K already for Jan '09. This operation can be located anywhere as 95% is out of my state and about 40% of revenue come from sales overseas. This sale includes anywhere from $500K to $800K in inventory at the resale price. Also includes $100K in operating cash. You will spend about $150K a year in buying product and materials to resale, so you can see what kind of margins you can make.
