In the past three years, the Company has experienced steady growth in its revenue and net income, at a rate of 39% and 36% respectively, allowing the Company to achieve $22.6mn in revenue and $2.62mn net income in the year 2012.

The plant will generate additional $15m sales after completion of acquisition in 2014.
Due to market's supply shortage, management will establish a chemical pesticide trading company in 2014, which will result in $3mn to$5mn in additional sales.
