Description The Company is a private Florida company set up by oil men with a long history in the field. It is intended as a vehicle to obtain public funds through a listing to drive the expansion of operations in the southern USA. Initially three properties are being merged into the company. The first well to be drilled is already producing a small amount of oil via a test drill, but is predicted to hold anywhere from 28million barrels to 89 million barrels.
The initial S-1 registration (funding round) will be done in May 2014, and a second S-1 early next year. A listing will follow in 2015/2016.
